Over the years, Farheen has explored multiple industries, developed diverse skill sets, and gained practical experience across business, creativity, technology, beauty, administration, education, and entrepreneurship. Today, she serves as the Founder of Growvus Charitable Foundation and Director of Growves Technologies Private Limited, combining technology, education, creativity, and social impact to empower individuals and communities.

She has provided free Mehndi services, free makeup services, free bridal assistance, and free guidance to women seeking opportunities to improve their lives. She has shared her knowledge without expecting anything in return because she believes that true empowerment begins when people are given the skills to stand on their own feet. Over time, she realized that these efforts could create an even greater impact through a structured organization. That realization became Growvus Charitable Foundation.

Labiya Lakhani is one such individual. A passionate educator, skilled artisan, designer, mentor, and community contributor, Labiya has spent years developing practical skills while quietly helping people around her build confidence, independence, and hope. As the Co-Founder of Growvus Charitable Foundation, she brings together creativity, education, craftsmanship, and compassion to empower women, children, and communities through skill development and personal growth.

A Journey Rooted in Creativity and Service

Rabiya's journey is a reflection of dedication, patience, and continuous learning. Professionally, she serves as a Supervisor in the Senior Section at a respected educational institution in Mira Road, where she works closely with students and educational programs, helping shape young minds and support academic development. Alongside her professional career, she has spent years mastering creative and practical skills that have the power to transform lives.

For more than five years, Labiya has been actively teaching and mentoring others. She believes that every person deserves the opportunity to learn a skill that can improve their future. Whether teaching stitching, crochet, embroidery, design techniques, or creative arts, her goal has always been to help individuals gain confidence and develop abilities that can lead to self-reliance and financial independence. Many women and young learners who have benefited from her guidance have discovered not only new skills but also new possibilities for their lives. For Rabiya, teaching is not simply about transferring knowledge.

It is about empowering people to believe in themselves.

In addition to her creative and educational expertise, Labiya is also an Alimah with a strong foundation in Islamic studies. Her understanding of Islamic teachings, Hadith, moral values, and community ethics adds a deeper dimension to her work. This perspective plays an important role in the foundation's vision of creating holistic development programs that support personal growth, community responsibility, and lifelong learning. Through Islamic learning initiatives, Diniyat education, community gatherings, and values-based teaching, she hopes to help individuals strengthen both their knowledge and their character.

For more than five years, she has personally contributed her time, knowledge, and skills to support individuals from underprivileged backgrounds. Whether through teaching, mentoring, creative training, or helping women develop livelihood skills, her focus has always been on creating opportunities rather than dependence. She believes that even a single skill can change someone's future. A woman who learns tailoring can start earning. A young girl who learns crochet can create products to sell. Today, they work together to build programs that combine technology, creativity, education, vocational training, women's empowerment, community welfare, and sustainable development.
